Nola Container Warranty Statement

Nola Container proudly guarantees that all WWT (Wind and Water Tight), CW (Cargo Worthy), and One Trip containers are free from leaks for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any disputes will be submitted to final and binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator in Deschutes County, Oregon, unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty Coverage

Under this warranty, Nola Containers reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts/products at our discretion. Defects are defined as issues or holes that compromise the container’s wind and water tightness.

Please note: For cargo doors to operate properly, containers must be placed on a level surface. Leveling is the sole responsibility of the customer. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on used containers, which may include stiffer doors from prior use. For customers who value smoother door operation, we recommend our “One Trip” containers, which typically offer easier door function due to minimal previous use.

Nola Containers assumes no liability for any losses resulting from a defective container.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Cosmetic defects such as chipped paint or surface rust that does not affect structural integrity

  • Damage to the container or its contents during handling, loading, unloading, or caused by weather conditions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Custom interior or exterior paintwork

For custom paint options, we recommend choosing a One Trip container for the best results.

Sales and Refund Policy

  • All container sales are final. Customers are encouraged to discuss specific needs with our sales team before purchase to ensure the product meets expectations.

  • No refunds are available for custom modifications or costs related to transportation and handling.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
