Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Containers or products must be in the same condition as delivered, unused, and free from any damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized containers, modified units, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Approval: All returns must be approved by Nola Containers prior to being shipped or picked up. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

Please note that delivery, pickup, and handling fees are non-refundable.
