Nola One Trip Containers

Our “One Trip” containers are premium units that have only made a single shipment from Asia to the United States.
While not brand-new, they are the closest option available, as containers are not manufactured domestically. These are the newest containers you can purchase in the U.S.

Typically painted in light beige or grey, they come equipped with high handles for easier access and lock boxes for added security. Because they’ve spent minimal time at sea, wear is limited to light scratches or tire marks.

Built from strong 14-gauge corten steel with heavy-duty plywood floors (rated to handle up to 60,000 lbs), they’re our most popular option and are excellent for modifications.

Cargo Worthy Containers

“Cargo Worthy” containers are inspected, certified, and approved for international shipping. They are structurally sound and often look great cosmetically as well.

If your goal is to ship overseas, a Cargo Worthy container is required. They are also a cost-effective option for modifications while maintaining durability and reliability.

Wind and Watertight Containers

Our “Wind and Watertight” containers are the most budget-friendly option. Though retired from shipping lines and showing more visible wear, they remain completely weatherproof and vermin-proof, making them secure for storage.

For customers seeking a cleaner and longer-lasting option, we recommend upgrading to Cargo Worthy or One Trip containers.

Refurbished Containers

“Refurbished” containers start as Wind and Watertight or Cargo Worthy units. Each goes through a thorough process of inspection, pressure washing, rust treatment, dent repairs, and repainting.

Available in a variety of colors, they’re ideal for customers who want a durable, weatherproof container with an improved appearance—or who need custom colors for branding.

As-Is Containers

“As-Is” containers have significant damage and are not suitable for weatherproof storage. They may have structural issues and are generally not recommended unless your project does not require protection from the elements.

While cheaper, these units carry higher risks, making other grades (One Trip, Cargo Worthy, or Refurbished) the smarter long-term investment.
